Simple,

Ingredients:

  • 2.4g yerba mate extract powder
  • Hot or cold water
  • Sweetener of your choice

Instructions:

1. In a cup, add the yerba mate extract powder.
2. Fill the cup with your desired amount of hot or cold water.
3. Add your preferred sweetener to taste.
4. Mix the ingredients with a handheld milk frother until well-

blended and smooth.
5. Enjoy your simple and classic Yerba Mate drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole kiwi
  • 10g pitaya powder
  • 2.4g Yerba Mate extract powder
  • 150g water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Ice
  • Optional topper: apple juice, yuzu sparkling drink, or passion
          fruit pulp

Instructions:

1. Peel the kiwi and cut it into chunks. Place the chunks in a mini

blender and blend until smooth. Pour the kiwi puree into aserving glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice, leaving enough space for the yerba mate

and pitaya mixture.
3. In a separate glass, combine the pitaya powder, yerba mate

extract powder, water, and honey. Stir well until the powders are

fully dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous.
4. Gently pour the yerba mate and pitaya mixture into the serving

glass over the kiwi puree and ice.
5. Top up the remaining space in the glass with one of the

following options: apple juice, yuzu sparkling drink, or passion

fruit pulp. Gently stir to combine the flavors.

Kiwi Delight with
Yerba Mate and Pitaya. (Cold)

Harmonious Yerba Mate Infusion and a touch of Lemon. (Hot)

Ingredients:

  • 370g water1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
  • 2.4g Yerba Mate extract powder
  • Up to 8g sweetener of your choice (e.g., sugar, honey,or
          agave syrup)
  • 8g lemon juice

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine the water, vanilla extract, and

crushed cinnamon sticks. Bring the mixture to a gentle

simmer over medium heat, and let it cook for 10 minutes to

allow the flavors to meld.

2. After 10 minutes, add the yerba mate extract powder to the

saucepan. Use a handheld milk frother to blend the powder

with the cooked ingredients, ensuring a smooth and well

mixed consistency.

3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the mixture

into a serving cup, discarding the cinnamon stick pieces.

4. Add your sweetener of choice (up to 8g) to the cup, stirring

well to dissolve and blend the sweetener into the infusion.

5. Add 8g of lemon juice to the infusion for a touch of

tartness, and stir well to combine. The lemon juice enhances

the flavors and adds a refreshing element to the drink.

4. Meanwhile, peel and cut the mango into chunks. Place the

mango chunks and honey in a mini blender, and blend until

5. Fill the glass with ice, leaving enough space for the cooled

yerba mate and oat milk mixture.

6. Once cooled, strain the yerba mate and oat milk mixture into

the serving glass over the mango puree and ice.

Creamy Mango Bliss Yerba Mate with Oat Milk. (Cold)

Chocolate Indulgence Yerba Mate with Oat Milk. (Hot)

Ingredients:

  • 370g oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
  • 2.4g yerba mate extract powder
  • 10g cacao powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 35g chocolate callets (approximately 65% cacao content)
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine the oat milk, vanilla extract, and

crushed cinnamon sticks. Gently heat the mixture, bringing it to

a simmer, and let it cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to

infuse.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the mixture to

remove the cinnamon stick pieces. Pour the strained liquid back

into the saucepan.

3. Add the yerba mate extract powder, cacao powder, and a pinch

of salt to the saucepan. Use a handheld milk frother to blend

the powders with the liquid, ensuring a smooth and well-mixed

consistency.

4. Add the 35g of chocolate callets (65% cacao content) to the

saucepan. Return the saucepan to low heat, and simmer the

mixture, slowly stirring until the chocolate callets have

completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

5. Pour the Chocolate Indulgence Yerba Mate with Oat Milk into a

serving glass. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream for

an extra touch of indulgence.

6. Enjoy this luxurious, warming beverage.

2. Add the yerba mate extract powder and a pinch of salt to the

saucepan. Use a handheld milk frother to blend the powder with

the liquid, ensuring a smooth and well-mixed consistency. Allow

the mixture to cool down.

3. In a separate cup, combine the black tahini, water, and honey.

Mix the ingredients using a handheld milk frother until well

blended and smooth.

4. Fill a clear glass just above halfway with ice cubes.

5. Strain the cooled yerba mate and oat milk mixture from the

saucepan into the glass with ice.

6. Add a layer of freshly made whipped cream on top of the yerba

mate mixture.

7. Gently pour the black tahini mixture over the whipped cream,

creating a visually stunning layered effect.
