Ingredients:


  • 2.4g yerba mate extract powder

  • Hot or cold water

  • Sweetener of your choice


Instructions:


  1. In a cup, add the yerba mate extract powder.

  2. Fill the cup with your desired amount of hot or cold water.

  3. Add your preferred sweetener to taste.

  4. Mix the ingredients with a handheld milk frother until well-blended and smooth.

  5. Enjoy your simple and classic Yerba Mate drink!

Instructions:

Ingredients:


  • 2.4g yerba mate extract powder

  • 370g water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed

  • 2.4g Yerba Mate extract powder

  • Up to 8g sweetener of your choice (e.g., sugar, honey, or agave syrup)

  • 8g lemon juice


Instructions:


  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, vanilla extract, and crushed cinnamon sticks. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, and let it cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. After 10 minutes, add the yerba mate extract powder to the saucepan. Use a handheld milk frother to blend the powder with the cooked ingredients, ensuring a smooth and well-mixed consistency.

  • 2.4g yerba mate extract powder

  • 10g cacao powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 35g chocolate callets (approximately 65% cacao content)

  • Optional: whipped cream for topping


Instructions:


  1. In a saucepan, combine the oat milk, vanilla extract, and crushed cinnamon sticks. Gently heat the mixture, bringing it to a simmer, and let it cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
