When will my order ship?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days. However, in many cases, if the order is placed before noon pacific time, it may be processed and shipped the same day! 

How much is shipping?

We're excited to offer Free Expedited shipping on all orders within the USA! Our shipping partners have also worked hard to get us some incredibly low rates on Express Shipping, when you can’t wait to get your hands on more Yerba Mate Gummies.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order has shipped, domestic shipments typically take 3-5 business days to arrive and international shipments can take 15-20 business days to arrive. Due to changes from the COVID-19 pandemic and weather challenges, some carriers may experience delays depending on location.

How can I track my order?

You will be receiving a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If your tracking information says the package was delivered and you don’t see it, most often the package is either about to land, is already in the building, or may have ended up with a neighbor.

What if my package hasn’t arrived?

Sometimes things can happen in shipping, but no need to worry! Our carriers have you fully covered for any lost or damaged packages. For lost or missing packages, please wait 3 business days before contacting support, as they may show up due to improper scanning at your local distribution center. For packages that may appear to be stuck in transit, please wait 5 business days before contacting support, as it may be due to weather or other conditions.
