I am a long-time fan of Yerba Mate. I have been using this tea powder mix daily for about a month. It tastes great, similar to green tea. I drink it straight up or add a dab of honey. Mixes almost instantly in hot water. I usually have a cup in the morning to get going and sometimes a cup in the middle of the afternoon if I need a pick-up. Holy Mary's yerba mate delivers a slower steady amount of caffeine than coffee, so the energy boost is more even and lasts longer. I use it as a breakfast replacement which has helped me with weight loss. A great way to start the day during our cold Colorado winters.

Loved how these make us feel. We don't really need to drink coffee to get a burst of energy, and the best part, no crash! They taste great, you can pop a few of them here and there, and feel good all day! Great for focus, energy, and mental clarity. Works great!

As a mother of two young children, I depend on these gummies to get me through the afternoons when my energy is running on fumes. I enjoy coffee in the mornings but prefer not to drink it throughout the day. So popping a couple of these in my mouth when it's go-time after my 2 year old's nap is the perfect solution!
