I am a long-time fan of Yerba Mate. I have been using this tea powder mix daily for about a month. It tastes great, similar to green tea. I drink it straight up or add a dab of honey. Mixes almost instantly in hot water. I usually have a cup in the morning to get going and sometimes a cup in the middle of the afternoon if I need a pick-up. Holy Mary's yerba mate delivers a slower steady amount of caffeine than coffee, so the energy boost is more even and lasts longer. I use it as a breakfast replacement which has helped me with weight loss. A great way to start the day during our cold Colorado winters.

Finally I found my favorite super healthy yerba maté in the form of gummies. Best way to consume it in my opinion if you not a fan of the hot drinks. Love the taste of quince in it. Also it’s a great substitute for dessert.

Great taste, gave me the best natural energy

I took one before working on an assignment as I struggle to focus, and I was able to get more done than usual. The taste however…I’ve never tried Yerba mate but I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste of these gummies. The best I can describe it is a waxy tasting grape? Thankfully the taste doesn’t linger. If you can get past the taste it is a good product!

Boost: the one gummy serving size gives me the boost of about half a small can of energy drink. So it is good for when you just needed a little pick me up and not wanting a whole can of energy drink buzz.

Taste: it is tolerable. It does have a very nice fruity taste but it has that bitter herbal after taste.

Serving size is one gummy, there are 50 in the jar, so I would say it is good value.

Note each gummy has 2g of sugar for those who are conscious of their sugar intake.

I put i scoop in 8 oz of water & the taste was not good but it got better with each day & within a short time of drinking it on day 1 l was focused & clear headed the fog was gone. I was truly amazed

These HOLYMARY Yerba Mate gummies are fat and juicy. They are a little sticky but feel like a treat. It is hard to eat just one (the serving size). They not only taste good but they also give me a boost of energy without the crash I can get from coffee. Nice!

Excellent yerba mate gummies, the taste is good, they are large gummies but they are easy to chew, Yerba Mate is a great for a non-jittery caffeine fix (contains about 17 mg of natural caffeine), Yerba is also high in antioxidants and nutrients, it can boost energy and mental focus, as-well as boost immune system and physical performance.

I was introduced to yerba mate this year, and I like everything about it and often use it as a coffee substitute, and have been taking it since, these gummies provide a quick way to get a yerba fix without teas or drinks, and the serving size is just 1 gummies daily!, each of the gummies contains 500 mg of yerba mate extract.

I was surprised with how big the bottle was when I received it but that's never a bad thing lol. I love the taste of these vitamins. They provide Clean focus and energy! Let’s admit it, toddlers are cute, exhausting little creatures that apparently get all their energy by depleting yours. I have a very enthusiastic 2 year old that’s practically velcroed at the hip. Seems like she’s burnt through more energy in the first 30mins of waking up than a typical human does in the span of an 8hr day. I don’t know what it’s like to actually drink a cup of coffee anymore without having to reheat it 5 times because I’m usually trying to juggle between sips.
I needed something that would help give me a boost, without feeling jittery, or crashing from it midday. I was also looking for something I could easily take without reheating it over and over. I take gummy vitamins, and thought I could find something similar that would give me a little boost. And then bam, I came across these Yerba Mate gummies. I’ve had the tea, which I enjoy and I know that it works plus I love gummies. Win-win. The gummies came in a fairly big jar with a screw on lid, which I can see why because the gummies are pretty big. I gave it a sniff and it passed my smell test, so then I decided to take one when my little energy thief went down for her nap. I must say that I was not really keen on the flavor at all, but it’s not spit it out horrible. Plus, if it actually worked, then it would be worth it for me. As the day passed on, I didn’t feel like I needed to ball up in a corner with a pillow, and noticed I was able to get more accomplished during the day without feeling completely burned out. I wasn’t dragging my feet trying to multitask, and I also didn’t feel overstimulated either. So although I’m not a big fan of the flavor, I am a fan of the results and will continue to take them as needed. If you’re a juggling mom too, then I would recommend giving these a try.

I was looking for a (non-coffee) post lunch energy boost and boy did these deliver. They gave me a clean feeling, jitter-free energy boost. I really like the taste too. It's citrusy-sweet with a touch of something else I can't really describe. Makes me wish I could eat more than one haha. I can easily recommend these gummies. Who would have guessed that Yerba Mate gummies would be so awesome. Each gummy contains 17mg caffeine and 500mg Yerba Mate extract. These gummies have a surprisingly high amount of yerba mate extract in them, offering not only a large amount of healthy polyphenols but also a nice boost of caffeine.

The 500mg yerba mate extract in each gummy is actually quite a lot, so it's no surprise that these gummies taste like Yerba mate. The taste is fruity, slightly sweet and tangy, and mildly astringent like yerba mate. 500mg is more yerba mate than you'll get in most capsule extracts, so this is really a healthy gummy.

Even though they only have 17mg caffeine per gummy, they feel pretty stimulating thanks to the yerba mate extract. I eat 2 and get a nice boost equivalent to a small cup of coffee but more balanced feeling.

Thoughts:
They're by far the best "energy gummies" I've had before. Healthy, natural ingredients. They taste great (like fruity Yerba Mate) - and they give me just the right boost of energy without making me feel overstimulated.

I like to have a serving size of 3 or 4 at a time, which is perfect for me, but I also used to drink a lot of coffee so that’s probably why. Wow... I like it. I was surprised at first by its unique taste, but so was I when I started having coffee. Now after two weeks of the stuff I can say that I am liking it so much that I feel compelled to have two or three gummies at a time. The energy boost is sensational and you feel it very soon after you take the gummies. And it's a long lasting boost. I am a coffee drinker and I tell you this is at least as potent if not more.

I am okay with the flavor, it's pretty strong, my family didn't really like the flavor. But the quality is good, the yerba matter is definitely there. I take one daily, and I feel it helps my day.

I can't drink coffee because of an allergy so I've been taking caffeine pills to give me that energy, the problem with those was I was getting jittery like a pre-workout and I didn't like that. I stumbled upon these gummies and thought id give them a try. so they definitely keep me less tired and groggy and give a sense of alertness and clear headedness. I wouldn't say there a substitute for coffee but they do help.

I'm ordering my second jar. I'm not a big fan of coffee, and when I do I load it up with flavors and sugar. I'm retired, and was getting sleepy after lunch. Napping was ruining getting to sleep at night, so I started taking one of these, just one, if the food I ate was making me sleepy. They reinvigorate me, without the shakiness or wired feeling of coffee.

I also put some in a baggie for long drives. They work excellently for knocking out the fatigue without forcing a potty break within a half hour. They don't irritate the bladder like coffee does.

They brighten my alertness and thought processes without the strung out feeling or the bladder filling of coffee. If I were in school I'd definitely take them during study/homework sessions.

Thank you all for making these. I bought em for my wife, and I love Mate’ - she let me have a couple in Utah on our hime. They gave me a surprising boost! I was skeptical as I really did not think that the extract, and then was going to be as powerful as my real rich bru of mate’ I make in French presses. I was wrong.

I follow the Huberman Lab science podcast and he recommends yerba mate for the l-theanine plus caffeine - and mate may help your body turn white fat into brown (more metabolically active) fat. Been using this for 1 months now, substantial decrease in hunger and food cravings throughout the day. At some points it makes it hard to eat more or even finish planned meals. Paired with meal replacement shakes, this tea streamlines both dieting and daily productivity. I typically consume 1 serving of Yerba in the morning, and then 1 serving of Yerba with 1 serving of electrolytes dissolved in 1.5 liters of water and consume in 200-300 ml portions throughout my work day. 4/5 stars because it should come in bulk tubs or bags, also needs more dessicant packet to prevent clumping.

After a week and a half my blood sugar levels were greatly reduced. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar levels were over 500. Now it's been 200 and below.
